Bends and Lengths for Any Shape you Need. With the largest brake shape press in the country, Steeler can fill just about any custom pressed steel order. We regularly customize parts up to 32' in length with countless configurations of bends. If you can draw it, we can bend it!

Our brake shapes meet or exceed ASTM A370 and A1003; Steeler structural thickness (33ES and thicker) brake shapes meet or exceed ASTM C955, while non-structural members meet or exceed C645.
- Total customization: Does your track require special angles? Looking for a 14 gauge part with six bends? Steeler can realize nearly any part drawing. If you can draw it we can make it!
- More offerings: Our large brake press is capable of bending thicker steel more times, giving you more selection to meet any project need.
- Save money in the long-term: We use a full zinc coating to greatly minimize rust formation, meaning your walls will last longer. Steel framing is not compromised by termites or mold, and holds up better against acts of nature when compared to wood framing.
- Earn LEED Credits: Due to levels of recycled content in the coils we use, our steel studs are considered a green product, which can earn your projects LEED® points.

Length Offerings: Any length may be special ordered up to 32’.
