Steel Studs

The light gauge steel track and studs are cold formed from steel in accordance with 1991 U.B.C. Standard Number 27-9. Corrosion resistance is accomplished by rust resistant coatings or by galvanizing or galvannealing per ASTM A653-98, ASTM A-525, G01 or A01 min, to G90 max respectively, or other rust resistant coating equal to G01 or A01 per ASTM A653-98, ASTM A-525. The various track and stud shapes have different flange lengths and lip lengths. The track and studs are available with various punchouts spaced at 24" O.C.
