2-1/4" which can allow for up to a 2" Vertical Deflection depending

required 500 cycle tests for the U.L. Classification. The STEELER® SLOTTED STUD™ is U.L. Classified for

| Superior Wind-Load - The STEELER® SLOTTED STUD™ has far superior
Wind-Load capabilities than slotted track. The STEELER® SLOTTED STUD™ is available from 21 to 12 gauge, whereas slotted track is
available only for 16 gauge and lighter. Slotted track has slots every inch
which significantly reduces the strength of the product to carry wind loads. |
